I'm going to start my own get sexy in 90 days...
Yeah, it’s gonna be revolutionary. But I’ll call it, 90 days to not get diabetes.
It will go like this:
Find out how many calories you’re currently taking in daily
Cut out 400-500 of those everyday
Do this by:
30-45 minutes of cardio for a minimum of 5 days a week
Eating less and or healthier foods
Drink water, a lot
You will NOT do this by
Starving
Purging your food
